Volkswagen has released new details about the Amarok Power Pickup concept, following its debut at W?rthersee 2013.

Looking bold and aggressive, the model is distinguished by an aggressive front bumper, a revised grille and bi-xenon headlights. The truck also has a wide body kit, a unique rear bed and a dual exhaust system. Other highlights include a carbon fiber diffuser, an 80mm reduced ride height and 22-inch alloy wheels.

The unique styling carries over to the cabin as it has been equipped with Nubuck leather sports seats, a premium audio system and an infotainment system with an 8-inch display.

Power is provided by a 3.0-liter V6 TDI engine that develops 272 HP (200 kW) and 600 Nm (442 lb-ft) of torque. It is connected to an eight-speed automatic transmission and a 4MOTION all-wheel drive system which enables the truck to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 7.9 seconds.
