This is currently what I have:

http://www.newegg.co...N82E16824009415
http://www.newegg.co...N82E16824001226

Both of them are discontinued, but there are the specs of both.

I was thinking of getting another 23", and putting the 20" to rest. It's a big heavy old piece of junk.

Now, I like Acer, but is there some other option that is better? Like an ASUS monitor?

I'm not really that into HDMI, but if it has it, great. Can get rid of my bulky DVI cords.

I'm looking around $150, I can go a little more, less the better.

On a side note, what is the best way to clean a screen? Just a dry lint-free cloth, or a little water?

Here's what I got from quickly browsing newegg with little to no research:

BenQ GW2450 - http://www.newegg.co...N82E16824014299
Dell S2340L - http://www.newegg.co...N82E16824260105
Viewsonic VX2370Smh - http://www.newegg.co...N82E16824116581
Acer H236HLbid - http://www.newegg.co...N82E16824009483
HP Pavilion 22xi - http://www.newegg.co...N82E16824176423

Basically anything that's not a TN panel would be a worthy upgrade. The BenQ uses a VA panel and the rest are IPS. All you want to look for now is what other features you would want. Inputs and outputs, Built-in speakers, VESA mount, bezel design, glossy or matte, and warranty/customer service.

Yeah, I wasn't sure on other manufacturers, that's all.

That Dell that DudeBro posted looks killer. $100 off can't be beat.

Says the Dell doesn't have VESA mounting. Might go with the Acer, then.

Acer has no VESA, and I hate non-standard power cords. Guess I have to look closer at these things...

Maybe I should add that I need a VESA friendly monitor. I have a dual-screen mount on my desk, so I need VESA.

Also, I hate power bricks that come with it. Just use an every day power cord.

Now that I looked, how about this?

$140 after $20 MIR.

I personally recommend a monitor of Viewsonic. I clean my monitor screen using little bit of water to make sure it is clean. What monitor do you like?

Damn, I was going to recommend you the Dell 30 inch! Having said that, My self and my parents have owned a lot of Acer monitors, mostly 19 inch and 1 22 inch. All still working today.

I have 2 Acer monitors now, but the 23" I see online are odd. No VESA, or non-standard power cords.

Unless I get a 24"?

I might get this one: http://1saleaday.com/wireless/

Any takers? Factory Refurbished doesn't scare me, several of my devices are.

Might order that this afternoon, so any help?
