Best webcam app?

Not sure if anything like this exists, but I'm looking for a Windows 7 compatible webcam app that would be able to capture photos, photo bursts, and video w/ audio, and would be something better than the crappy CyberLink app ASUS uses.

 

I've finally got TeamViewer working the way I want it to, and have regulated an old netbook to security cam duties while I am away, and was hoping a better app exists for this purpose.
