IE10 / YouTube - Sound for tab Goes Down Randomly

W8 64, Realtek, 5.1, Immediate Mode, Speaker Fill, 24 bit 48000Hz studio quality

Rest of specs in signature, if interested

 

Sound for the tab with the youtube video goes down to ~5% seemingly randomly for no apparent reason (can't reproduce with games so I guess IE10 + Flash issue)

 

If I click the sound icon I see that one of the IE10 instances has sound down to 5% while the rest are at the normal 80 to I hate my hearing percent.

 

I think I can fix this with unchecking 'Allow applications to take exclusive control'... but I want to know what the hell.

 

Also, I had to retype this twice in IE10,

because it gave me an error when I tried to press the 'Post New Topic' anyone had this issue?
