cant enable adminstrator account in windows 8

So I have a laptop with windows 8 right and I want to enable administrator account so I can update a game but when I go to

 

1.control panel

2.system and security

3.administrator tools

4.computer management

 

I am suppose to find local users and users but It aint there what do I do?

It seems there are diffint versions of windows 8 because I watched youtube videos and I did what they ask step by step but what I am looking for I cant find so you think If google was my friend I make a thread for it?It aint my pc I am not familiar with windows 8 to begin with

Go to Search Charm >

 

Type "cmd".

 

Right Click "command" and click "Run as Administrator" under the Bottom Menu.

 

Type in the Black Window that Appears "net user administrator /active:yes" and Press Enter.  You should see "The Command Completed Sucessfully".

Don't we love Windows 8, Lol.

 

Also, if you'd like to change the administrator password in said command prompt window, type "net user administrator <password>". Where <password> is the password you'd like to use, otherwise its an empty password by default.

the windows key is the key with A window between ctrl and alt right?
