Looking for Quick, Simple FLV Converter

Hi

 

Looking for a simple batch converter for FLV files.

I have about 50 which need the treatment.  Looking for MP4 really but it it'll half the amount of converting time then I am happy with avi or whatever else.  I also need the size of the file to stay the same or less, without the loss of quality.

 

However, due to the amount I want to load them all in and just let it go.  The resolution and everything else should just stay the same.

 

Any nice bits of software that can do this, which have been tried and tested?
