I didn't care much for this guy initially, but he's continued to grow on me with each video I manage to catch. I truly feel he hits the nail on the head here in regards to DRM and digital distribution, where we're at, and where we'd like to be.

Makes me ask why Neowin didn't figure this out sooner.

I haven't read any posts that said otherwise but something like this should be obvious. PC gaming will always come out on top in value (excluding the cost of a computer which can be used for other things). Steam alone proves that with its sales and bundle deals.

Agreed, there are some members on here who accused Steam as being the same kind of DRM Microsoft was about to implement on the XBone; the two aren't even comparable.

If I was going to debate the two to those who couldn't tell the difference I thought to myself "good luck with all that"

A lot of these things are fairly obvious, as he stated at the beginning of the video.

But regardless of how rationally a position is offered, it will still be rejected by some.

Funny thing is, people are drawn to controversy. No one will agree or discuss things when the arguments have been laid out plain and simple to understand, where the pros and cons lie for each side.

Their more concerned with their Xbox flags and whatever other brand or company they want to cheer for, and go to war as if there's any reason for bloodshed over all of this.

Image related. Maybe it'll ground some of the ridiculous arguments people are having and help them snap out of all this silly mentality.
