Some people say it's a language pack but 3.7GB for a language pack it's highly unlikely since it's near as much as the whole Half Life 2 game. Other people say it's for the card thing but again 3.7 GB for that highly unlikely. Might be related to the announcement of a new game. Or simply a fail by Valve.
