IE11 comes with a powerful F12(developer tools), e.g.

 

This is IE10 in win8 build 9200, IE mode is upto IE7

In win8.1 IE11, F12 -> scroll left pane to bottom -> emulate, and choose any browser you can name :)

Wondered about what happened to "Movie Moments", an app included in the leaked 8.1 builds? It's downloadable through Windows Store now.
