Something with a lesson format with step by step guides is preferred, not just a reference like what the official site is. Anyone know of a good one? That said I heartily recommend Rob Miles` Yellow Book: this is perhaps the best introduction to programming I've ever seen for any language. I just picked up this one on kindle: http://www.amazon.com/Programming-Windows-ebook/dp/B00B2SVQAC/ref=sr_1_2?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1374262740&sr=1-2&keywords=programming+windows very thorough, very detailed in the examples.
