Correct, the daily deals and flash sales are the lowest price a game will get during the sale event.

Man, I can't believe Rogue Legacy hasn't gone on sale yet (as part of the daily or flash I mean). Of course, I can't buy it either way so lol

Picked up Starforge too.

I've been on the fence for ages about this and well this game needs a lot of work, even for an alpha.

Still it seems to be getting better with each build.

Uh don't get Infestation. It's horrid. Also, the company is horrid. I'm honestly shocked that 1. it's got a decent amount of players and 2. Valve even let them back on Steam (which ties into 1)

When it originally came out on Steam it was called War Z and apparently they lied about all kinds of features, the game was extremely buggy and just not very good at all. Valve ended up refunding thousands of customers and the game was removed from Steam. Now the game has been put back on Steam with a completely new name which to me is pretty shady, seems like they're trying to trick people into thinking it's a completely new game when it isn't. Also Valve removed the Metacritic score from the game's store page so users can't see the terrible rating. The whole situation is a mess. I don't know why Valve even put it back after what happened.

Same games over and over. I was hoping something different would make the daily sale like Trine 2 or Giana Sisters. Oh well, I'll buy them anyway. 

 

Edit: Just found out Green Man Gaming is having an Indie sale with better prices and a far greater selection of games than Steam. :)
