This Bluths will be back, according to producer Brian Grazer.

Netflix is currently in ?conversations? the principals for a second season of ?Arrested Development,? the Imagine Entertainment chief told Bloomberg News on Thursday.

Sources close to the situation emphasized that there are no active negotiations at present between Netflix and studio 20th Century Fox TV for a new round of episodes. But both sides expect a renewal to come together eventually given the success of the 15-episode revival that bowed in May.

One of the biggest hurdles to overcome is coordinating the schedules of busy cast members ? including Jason Bateman, Michael Cera, Portia di Rossi, Will Arnett and Tony Hale ? most of whom are under contract for other TV series gigs. It?s expected that the earliest new ?Arrested? episodes could be shot would be next summer.

Netflix was clearly encouraged by strong sampling for the new season that unspooled in May, which CEO Reed Hastings indicated performed well.

?We had very high expectation from the beginning for ?Arrested Development? because it had a well-known brand, and we were thrilled with the response and it?s been huge, just as we hoped,? Hastings told CNBC in May.

On Thursday, a Netflix rep said the company is ? interested in doing another season of ?Arrested Development? if it is logistically possible.?

The fast-growing Internet-video subscription service resurrected ?Arrested Development,? which aired on Fox from 2003-06, earlier this year, identifying it as an attractive property to generate buzz and add subscribers.

I think it will be down to getting the cast to do it again. Hopefully Michael Cera won't be so difficult this time round.

I hope there is another season. I enjoyed season 4 but you had to watch it multiple times to fully appreciate it i think.

I think that's where I've gone wrong. There was something missing for me in season 4, I don't think I managed to finish watching it. Maybe I'll give it another go sometime, but my first reaction was one of slight disappointment.

It gets much better towards the end, as there is more GOB. If you go back and watch it afterwards you don't have to concentrate so much on the story which jumps around alot. So you can concentrate more on the inside jokes that AD is famous for.

The first half of the season was is disappointing by itself, but I think they definitely made season four to be binged viewed. You have to get all of the episodes viewed in a short period of time and it has good payoff.
