how many beeps do you get? Look at this, each beeps mean something.

Also, have you looked at your temperatires?

What game are you playing that causing this problem?

What is your system specs?

Answer my other questions. I am at a standstill at the moment. Your suggestions could be 100 different things.

Your CPU or Graphics card should you have one is running at a high temp either because the heatsink is not clipped down or the fan has stopped spinning or as the game loads taking up RAM you could have bad RAM in your PC but it could be other things without more info about your PC or if you built it.

Beeps normally mean memory, or processor. Most likely memory. Bad memory can cause your computer to lock up, or throw out a BSOD.

Have a memory checker you can run? Something like mem386? http://www.memtest86.com/
