Just a few more off the top of my head.

TortoiseMerge (TortoiseSVN)

Help and Manual

Kingsoft Office

PerfectDisk (Sort of.)

FTP Voyager

WinDev/WebDev

PrimalScript

PowerShell Studio

Autodesk Inventor

Visual NDepend

Foobar 2000 with some addons

A majority of the major visual component suites for Windows have some sort of ribbon component.  Seen a couple on Linux as well.  (QtitanRibbon via QT, seen one for Mono and GTK#, etc)

Foxit Reader 6

The screenshots look promising. I will have to use it for myself. Thank you!

PowerArchiver

WinZIP

ArcGIS Professional (not out yet)

edit: Added ArcGIS

I searched for screenshots of the applications you listed, and WinZip's implementation of the Ribbon looks like the best.

Thank you, Norris!

Also, I liked that note you wrote about PerfectDisk. I deplore that particular implementation of the Ribbon. I don't think they were even trying to make it look nice.

I wish you had more on the top of your head.
