Video editing (CROPPING) software

Hi.

 

I have a 15 minute video, inside said video there are about 20 3-second clips that I want to mash together into a 60 second video. Any recommendations for the easiest software for splicing/cropping like this?

 

The one I have now (Wondershare) requires me to add the whole video, crop it down to the piece I want, add the whole video again, crop it again, add it again, crop it again, etc, etc. It will take forever :(

VirtualDub will allow you to load the video, remove what you don't want and then save the stream. you won't even have to re-encode.

You didn't mention if you're willing to pay or not? It's not cheap, but I love Cyberlink Powerdirector.

Handbrake is free and should be able to do this..  As mentioned you did not mention if you need it to be free, etc.  Sony Vegas can do this as well.  But its not free.

Not the best for this but free and easy to use.
