8.1 gets stuck on the restarting screen.

So I finally upgraded my Samsung ATIV Smart PC (Atom powered) to the 8.1 preview.  Everything works fine, except when I have to restart or try to restart, then it just gets stuck on the restarting screen.  It doesn't freeze really, the dots keep spinning around etc but I have to hold the power button down to force a hard reboot etc.

 

Anyone run into this problem and know of a way to fix it maybe?

My fix was going back to Win8, lost all my files in the process, don't know what happened but I'll wait for the full release now :(

Yeah, I like 8.1 though so i'll stick with the preview and then clean install the final.  I think it's some intel related service/driver that's not stopping so the OS can restart and it's left waiting.
