Has no one found a fix for IE10 font rendering in Windows 8 yet?

Side by side comparison with firefox;

The sad thing is, I would use IE10 (and Office 2013 for that matter) if they gave us an option to change the aliasing on the fonts.

 

If you look at those two screenshots zoomed to 100%, IE is catastrophic.

 

Has there really been no discovery a registry tweak to change the font rendering?

 

Do they just expect us to buy 4k screens?
