WordPress Time Issue

Around the 23rd of July (2013), my server time on my site became the same as my wordpress time creating a conflict with the true UTC time.  This has thrown off many automated process I run.  I can set them all to UTC 0 and part of my site will work, but it will then not automatically publish to LinkedIn and twitter (they only work if I keep it the way it was and manually publish the backlog of 'missed scheduled' items). 

 

Any ideas?

Sure you havn't changed your server setting by accident? Seems weird for it to change on its own accord.

Yeah was strange. I added a time plugin and server plugin and UTC shows two different times now.  Maybe something with the plugin software, but support is horrible :(
