First World Problems :(

add your own (genuine) "First World Problems" :p

I'll start:

The easy squeeze Marmite bottle makes it hard to know how much I need, sometimes I squeeze out too much

I watch from a relative long distance videos from my monitor. Since it does not possess a remote controller I need to stand up every time I'd like to turn it off. Same goes for the speakers.

Watching a movie or show on a high definition channel and having it broadcast in a 4:3 aspect ratio even though there's a widescreen version available.

Not enough choices when it comes to McNugget dipping sauces.

Having to find your spare cell phone because you forgot to charge your other one.

Trying to find a wallpaper for your tablet that looks good in both portrait and landscape mode.

Have a fridge full of food.  Can't decide what to eat.

Somewhat similar to mine. I have ingredients in the fridge to make food, but I seem to always be missing the ingredients I need for the food I want to make at that moment.

This becomes a problem when you leave the ingredients in the fridge for too long and they evolve into a life form of their own.

Trying to choose what game to play and always end up seeing a movie because the choice is too hard (I have lots of playable games) :(

I have well over 600 Xbox 360 games (~50/50 Retail/Live). I have never played the vast majority of them, and probably never will, because I can never decide what to play. (and because there isn't enough time in the world)

You really come to understand the true meaning of 'spoiled for choice', in this situation, even if it is self inflicted.

The real downside is, I've kinda ruined gaming for myself, because there is very rarely any anticipation, or sense of worth or value.

I know, boo ****ing hoo

Feeling guilty about the sheer amount of natural resources you use as a first world citizen.

As an example, look up how many resources are necessary to manufacture all the electronic gizmos you own. Consider the poor working conditions for those producing your phone or laptop. It's staggering.

I really like this thread!

I was born and lived in a 1st world country until I was 28, then I moved to a 3rd world country and still live there very happy, but I recognize lots of the problems you talk about. Obviously being lucky that I'm still not poor like most people living here.

Having so many games on Steam that you end up not playing any because you can't decide what you want to play the most.
