ADSL24 do 1month contracts. However, it'll take 9 months to fix a fault.

Resellers of Entanet tend to offer 1month contracts IIRC

They have monthly usage caps, eugh. Not for me. I always download at least 1000 GB per month.

Always amazes me how people manage such huge amounts. Don't think I've ever gone past 50-60GB.  (And I'm on the 'net nearly all day every day as I'm a web developer.)

Just goes to show how much people's 'net use varies. I've never had a large usage amount.

Two examples are:

1) I game on Steam a lot (and I regularly have to download games from my library).
2) I have a Greasemonkey script that automatically switches YouTube stream to 1080p ones.

Little things like the above soon add up.

P.S. I used to live in Cannock :)

Plusnet's Unlimited (without phone) defaults on a 12 month contract. You can actually be un-contracted but the package costs more.

As long as you don't want fiber because BT actually contract the ISP to an 18month contract which gets handed down to the consumer. Hence why all FTTC packages (expect Virgin) are 18 months.
