New Workstation on Domain

I added a new workstation to our work network, its windows 8 professional, I installed micrsoft office 2010 under the administrator on the local computer but when I join the domain with any user Microsoft office 2010 is not there. we are not using roaming profiles. so shouldn't it show up?

yep it should, and I bet it does.  do a search in the apps then pin them to the desktop for the user, or pin it to the start screen or both.  Its there, you just don't know where to look.

Im problably missing something but is there a reason you didnt join it right off the installation to the domain? Before installing Office...

Not there as in missing from \Program Files? If it's missing from there are you certain you don't have any type of folder redirection or something else in your GPOs
