Windows 8.1 RTM Public Release Scheduled On Oct. 18

I notice there were some "Russian win8.1RTM screen-shots" that appeared in some sites, this is what @Painter(admin of PCPortal) commented:

Also,I read something about "English apps in win8china's screens", I don't know the real reason, but @arseny92 had once explained why some apps could not be carried by a preview-to-RTM-upgrade, it's because apps for pre-releases and RTM's are developed in different "formats"(don't know the exact words), so this could be the cause

:)

I can wait a bit longer, heck I think it's best to wait for them to work out any last minute tweaks to drivers and such that the OEMs can work out with the RTM code.  There's also the apps which I expect will keep seeing updates till they hit GA and I hope after that as well.  No reason the core apps need to wait for a OS update to be updated, like mail for example.

There was one expected leak which has not come (yet).

OK, since the RTM has leaked, I'll discontinue posting in this thread, please proceed to windows discussions forum, tks for reading. :D

Tks, I am not stopping posting, just I guess there won't be much "unofficial news" for win8.1, and there are already some RTM discussion threads in the Windows Discussion Forum, no point to make double/triple postings. :)
