Someone should create a Development of Windows 8.1 page

There are Development of Windows Vista, Windows 7 pages and a Development history section on the Windows 8 page.

There does not appear to be a Development of Windows 8.1 page.

 

I say page, because I would like a fully fleshed out page, just like Vista and 7 have.

I don't know how to create pages on there, even using the templates - but if someone else can get the page started, I'm glad to contribute.

The basics seem to be:

18/10/13 - Windows 8.1 general release
17/10/13 - Windows 8.1 Windows Store release
12/08/13 - Windows 8.1 build 9471 x64 leaked
01/05/13 - Windows 8.1 build 9385 leaked
20/04/13 - Windows 8.1 build 9374 leaked
16/04/13 - Windows Blue build 9369 leaked
24/03/13 - Windows Blue build 9364 leaked

I am happy to add what has changed in each of those builds by using the information from the Neowin news articles etc. (referencing them, of course)
