Izlude Posted August 27, 2013 Share Posted August 27, 2013 Lady down the street gave me her rear projection TV (sony, pk 57ws540) she said something about a capacitor (may have used the wrong term, might be something else). So I come to the Neo Gurus for help. (much thanks for my Samsung DLP help before). Here's a snap of what the display is showing. Need some advice on what might actually be wrong with it. The magenta appears to be at a curve/warp. Otherwise in real life (with my own eyes) it looks nice and bright, almost as nice as my DLP. It even has DVI input. I'll turn it into a game display for the kids here. (don't be deceived by how dim the image looks, it really is nice and crisp/bright) :D Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
