Good news for the ones that would like a build that's even closer to the RTM than the currently latest Chinees leak (6.3.9477): Windows 8.1 version 6.3.9483 has been leaked on the internet, it a Chinees version, 64 bits! Get it now!

The only known differences are no RTM wallpapers and no timebomb.

It's a new leak, but as 9600 is out this is only going to be interesting to beta enthusiasts (like me) :P
