+Tyranade Subscriber² Posted August 28, 2013 Subscriber² Share Posted August 28, 2013 A friend of mine has just got himself a Maximus VI Gene Z87 and it has that MPCIE Combo module so you can add a wifi card and a NGFF SSD, well he has an Mini PCIE WiFI card to put in the module but he doesnt have any antenna leads or antenna for it (and yes theres no talking him out of using WiFi) so anyway he asked me to have a look and I am stuck as well so I was wondering if any of you know where I can buy 2 Antenna leads and Antennas for him, we are in the UK and struggling to find some. This is what comes with the Maximus VI Extreme and Forumula, with the Gene you only get the first bit, the card in that image without a WiFi card in it, no Antnna leads or Antenna. So he needs 2 antenna leadslike that, that will alow him to attach them to the 2 antenna holes in the I/O shield and from the outside the case, screw on the antennas. Thank you. Now I need to find a Dual WiFi antenna that does 300 Mbps Wireless with a longish cable and magnetic base to stick to the side of his case ><.
