Hi all,

 

The girlfriend has been asking about the basics of Einstien's Theory of Relativity.  While I understand the basics, I'm not quite able to relay it to her in an easy to understand way.

 

When I learned about it in high school, we watched this awesome video that was like like "Conjunction Function" from school house rock (only without the music), but I can't seem to find anything close to it.

 

Does anybody have any recommendations?

"basic" maybe not, but i have watched this group of videos and found it very interesting in the past:

If you become more interested in this subject, I'd recommend picking up this book:

Some people will probably find it fairly difficult to follow, but I personally thought that it did a good job explaining complex topics in simpler terms.
