You guys need to boycott PS+ until you get = or > the euro territories.

 

Ico we got ages ago.

 

Rayman, again, got it a little while.

 

We got ACIII this month.

there was a big fuss on Reddit last month about this, and Sony actually acknowledged it stating it was more of a regional licensing issue.

Nope, only content you buy with a Plus discount/PS1 games/themes still if sub stops.

Yeah, its unfortunate that these 'behind the scenes' rules that are out of Sony's control can lead to bad pr for their service.  I am sure this happens to these companies a lot.
