UPDATE (16:00): Now the Forza 5 Xbox One bundle is available to pre-order at Amazon.

UPDATE (15:53): ShopTo has also listed the same bundle on its website, offering Day One Edition customers the option to choose between FIFA 14 or Forza Motorsport 5 as the free download.

UPDATE 2 (15:55): GAME has relisted the Forza Motorsport 5 bundle for ?429.99.

ORIGINAL STORY: FIFA 14 may not be the only free game offered to Xbox One Day One Edition consoles. A copy of Forza Motorsport 5 may also come bundled in with the console, judging by a pulled listing at GAME.

GAME posted an image showing the Xbox One Day One Edition appearing to be bundled "with Forza Motorsport 5" on its website soon after Xbox One's release date announcement earlier this afternoon.

But the image was quickly removed, only to be replaced by a standard Xbox One 'Get In The Queue' graphic.

Microsoft has yet to announce an official Xbox One: Day One Edition Forza MotorSport 5 bundle, but has previously confirmed that all European Day One customers will receive a free digital copy of FIFA 14.

At the time of the announcement, however, Microsoft also added that FIFA 14 would be "the first game included", hinting at the possibility of additional freebies.

Microsoft has yet to announce an equivalent pack-in for North American customers. But could it be Forza Motorsport 5?

When contacted by VideoGamer.com this afternoon, a Microsoft representative said that it had "nothing to share" on GAME's listing.

VideoGamer.com is still waiting to hear from GAME as to whether the listing was related to an official Microsoft bundle and why it was pulled.

I literally just ordered my Xbox this week but could only get the ?460 CoD Ghost edition. I literally have no interest in ghosts what so ever but wanted to try and gaurantee myself a console at launch, which i later found out doesnt even do that!

 

I noticed their FAQ said standard editions would be automatically upgraded to this edition but I have emailed Game to see if I can have mine change, I suspect this won't work in my favour.

It's kind of lame that Microsoft isn't offering those deals in NA. Though, I guess they're already over-delivering on value with the TV features and NFL Network integration.

That's another good bundle option.  It would be nice to see such a bundle in the US, but its not a deal breaker.

Australian's are now recieving the FIFA Deal, so maybe there is luck the rest of the world will be getting the same or a similar deal.

I managed to change my pre-order from the standard ghost edition to the Day One Forza edition, I would have liked to have had the steel book limited edition Forza as I liked the additional cars and VIP membership etc but staying with my old pre-order was costing me ?90 more for something that wasn't guaranteed on launch and came with a game I had no interest in.
