The preview has been out for awhile now, so you would think developers would update their software before it gets released to the public.

he HAS been working to get it updated. if you looked at the guy's site you'd see that there's a closed 8.1 beta being worked on atm

Been there, done that. The donation pop-up persists. I've even downloaded a second .key file into the Aeroglass folder and rebooted. No change. I'm stumped.

You all just put your license.key file in the aeroglass folder and you stopped getting the donation pop-up??? I did that, and I'm still getting the pop-up. Very annoying. After multiple restarts trying to make Aero Glass recognize the .key file, I even ran the Setup again, hoping that would do the trick, but no luck.

 

Any help with this would be appreciated. Thx.

I really was trying to get mines to look just like yours with the release preview theme, but DWM is not even in  "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\". Would I need to make a key?

Yes, You need a key, without it, AeroGlass will not download rest of needed files ;)

Did you go to this URL and enter your machine code? I was under the understanding that once you did it automatically generated you a registry file to download and merge

 

This page doesn't work - "Maintenance is in progress". And that popup message is getting very annoying...
