Shark007's Windows 7 codec pack has a couple of prompts now I think.

I was wondering why McAfee wanted to do a scan. "I have McAfee now?"

I think it had at least 4 different pieces of cr@pware attached to it the last time I installed it ;)

@the OP - you might like this article (mostly for the tips on how to grab as much adware as possible lol) or the original one
