Okay so my memory is running at 1600 and that is the speed it should be running at but I was wondering, should I enable XMP anyway, like is there any benefit to me doing so even though my RAM is running at the correct speed automatically?

Speed may be 1600mhz, but are the timings optimized? XMP will likely change the timings to a lower/faster setting.

Yeah the timings are right, I have a 9-9-9-24 kit and my Motherboard picked it up without XMP.
