gnex battery issues

I had 43% when I first got into Cheddar's to eat dinner and I only used the phone lightly for 35 minutes and the charge went down to 12%!

 

I only had 3G on, no GPS, no BT and only had my browser, gmail, and outlook open.

screen time is 1h:57m

 

 

Anyone else with big battery drain with a Gnex?
