Need Spare Part For Printer

Hi I have been searching all over and have yet to find a part for a customers printer.

The printer is an Officejet j4550. What is missing is the paper tray. Is that what it is called?

They can feed the paper into the printer but when it spits it out there is supposed to be a tray that holds the printed paper. Right now it just drops to the floor.

If anyone knows where I can find this part and the actual name I would appreciate it.

Quick searches show that prices are ridiculous for that piece.  $60 or higher. 

 

I personally would just get a new printer.  Do they actually use the scanner portion?

Wow that is a lot! Yes they use the scanner all the time and dont want the paper to keep falling.

I did see a used one on eBay for 35.00 with everything. I may have to bite the bullet and get that and just have them pay me half. I have when this happens!
