Xbox music album arts disappeared, what now?

Hi there!

 

I have a very strange problem with Windows 8.1 and the Xbox Music app. For some unknown reason all of the album arts disappeared from my local collection. I have tried to reinstall the app, but it did not get the covers back, and I have created a new user account that is also plagued with this problem form the start.
