Posted October 2, 2013 Share Posted October 2, 2013 A friend of mine has recently had her 1960s 8mm footage transferred to DVD.The footage is surprisingly high quality, but as you can imagine, there is plenty of the usual black speckles and the frame jumps up and down quite a lot.Is there anything that can be done to improve the footage?I have Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
