People think that if Nokia switches to Android it will somehow make them this multi-billion dollar company again. Where does this flawed thinking come from? They did because it was a good business decision so they main manufacturer can't leave them (Who knows if that would have happened or not - I would say it wouldn't happen) and it matches their new direction as a devices and services company. The many patents and stuff that Microsoft gained from buying them could give them an edge. I hope Microsoft buys Blackberry (for their patents). Who knows what would have happened. I think they would have been alright but I think Microsoft was a little concerned about that too so they purchased them. I hate it so much but my requests for a different handset have been ignored (even though others have WP or iPhone). Looks like my blackberry is going to have an accident soon :angry: I used to have a BB as my work phone and it was horrible, consistent freezes and phone randomly resetting itself.
