PDF software?

Question

So I am wondering if there is any software that lets me SCAN a page, and have it enter into a PDF so I can fill in the spaces?

Ever go fill out a form that doesn't let you save it only lets you fill it in and print? That's exactly what I need to make.   I am just wondering if it's possible to do that with a paper that I could scan.

Nitro PDf

Nuance PDF

Foxit PDF

there are tons of cheaper options than purchasing the standard Adobe Acrobat software that are out there that will let you edit PDF documents and input text into them.

Personally i use Nitro PDF Pro 9

I use Foxit and it certainly allows you to overlay text onto a PDF, there may be a specific option that does more what you want but with a bit of playing you could easily put text into the form boxes.

i used to use foxit all the time but the new nitro pro 9 has a lot more features that actually use so i switched.

I used to just use Adobe, but I liked how Foxit had an office styling to it so switched. Nitro looks nice but unless I am missing it, there's a cost and I don't need this really for anything more than reading PDF's so bit overkill for me.
