Outlook 2010 Conversation View By Date

So I like to have my emails threaded like this:

 

 

 

 

But now outlook has started organising them like this:

 

 

 

 

If I change the view to something else, then put it back, it shows like pic 1.  I want them to be in conversation view arranged by date but I don't need the "Wednesday" or "Thursday" headers, I just want a long list.

 

Anyone know why?

Sorry, I should have mentioned... show in groups is off.

I have to select it, then turn it off again for the view to refresh properly.
