Did USA make that law of criminalize discrimination long time ago? In 1990. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Americans_with_Disabilities_Act_of_1990 It was amended to protect workers further in 2008. Anibal P Posted October 11, 2013 Share Posted October 11, 2013 Don't assume that you didn't get the job because of discrimination, 99% of the times there are very valid reasons why, hell I'm supposed to get some preferential treatment as a Veteran and it's didn't help me out at all in any of the jobs I've had, I didn't go around blaming discrimination, I chalked it up as the better candidate got the job Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
