They have a small arrow icon showing on them? Has any else experienced this/knows what this is? I am using a local account. Uploaded with ImageShack.us The small arrows in the corner means you have to install them, they're not installed but the tile is there. Once you click on them you'll see dots going across the bottom and then a installation bar. I had the same thing when I upgraded my tablet from 8.1 Preview to 8.1 final.
