Hardware:: Sonicwall TZ210, Cisco Aironet 1040 AP
Issue - past couple weeks people on mobile devices and laptops have been saying our wireless isn't working.
I'm not able to reproduce an issue on wired devices but on wireless we have a DHCP assigned IP however no internet connectivity.
While testing, I'm seeing a lot of UDP connection dropped messages on the firewall to the devices that we are testing with.
If you are familiar with the Sonicwall, the log says something like this:
Notice Network Access
UDP packet dropped
(source) 192.168.100.3, 53, X0
(destination)192.168.100.69, 33354, X1
UDP Port: 33354
(firewall rule) 18 (LAN->WAN)
Looking at the rules matrix, 18 is blocking everything, I disabled that for kicks (momentarily) and it didn't fix the problem.
I'm not sure what else I can look at to see what is going on. There have been literally zero changes over the past few weeks/months.
