Anyone else notice this? If you open a CSS document up in VS2013 the Style menu is missing, and if you right click on a style there is no build style context menu item, which has been there since? well many many versions now of Visual Studio....
not hat you can't do this by hand, but a VISUAL editor is nice to have a style editor dialog box
