What was your first tablet?

Ainol Novo 7 Elf, came with ICS but I managed to get CM 10.1 up and running though it performs like crap now. Later got an iPad 3 but iOS7 made it too laggy.

I don't have tablet because I really don't see use for me, but I do have a kindle paper white that I use all the time for reading.

Nexus 7, 32 GB(not the latest).  Love it for reading, and keeping service manuals on for printer repair work.

A Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 (3G and WiFi). Got it given to me from one of the bosses at my work for doing some work at his home and I still use it to this day. Fantastic for when you cannot be bothered getting up to go to the PC.

My first tablet is my 2012 Nexus 7, which I got for the princely sum of ?0 a week or so a go. I use it as my alarm in the mornings.  :laugh: I'm sure I'll find a use for it sooner or later.

though i am seriously considering new ipad and nexus tablets.  not sure what size though.  6-7inch is too close to my 4.7 inch phone, and 9-10 inch is too big.

 

maybe nexus 8... or new ipad mini

Only one I had/have is the 32G Blackberry Playbook. I like it, and use it mostly for some music, playing tetris, read ebooks while traveling to and from work and at lunch breaks. Also use the digicam on it once in a while.

 

7 inch screen and also fits perfectly in my pocket, so i'm satisfied. Still though I wanna upgrade to an Android device eventually.

First tablet was an original Kindle Fire. Got it back in February 2012. Suffered with the stock firmware for a few months before deciding to root and install CyanogenMod. Still use it to this day, but it's becoming ever so painfully slow, that I'm probably going to get a new tablet in the coming months, probably a Nexus 7.

Just recently rooted it and threw a new rom on it.  Running better than ever.
