georgevella Posted October 27, 2013 Share Posted October 27, 2013 I have a Nokia 925 with Amber update. I was trying to use the XBMC app but Wifi was not connecting. Checked out WIFI settings and it was on but the switcher control was disabled. It kept trying to refresh the WIFI list but never completed. I tried restarting the phone, noticed that it took a few seconds more to switch off. Now, after switching it on again, it got stuck on boot - specifically the screen with the "Nokia" text in the center. This is the second time this happened - first time was a week after I bought the phone, and it was caused by something related to WIFI (tried switching Internet Sharing on). I can't remember what I did to switch it on again (I think I just let the battery die or something), Is there a key combination to hard reset (not factory reset) the phone? I would be grateful if anyone knows what could be going on, or point me to a site/forum where I can ask this. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
