First off, I am a Adam Sandler fan. Have been, is and will always be. The guy just reaches out to me, I dont know why.
Having said all that, this is a movie you have to be a fan of Adam's. There really is no plot what so ever in this film. The subplots are completely almost unneccesary.
A problem with this film is the cast itself: Adam Sandler, Kevin James, Chris Rock, and David Spade. These guys are pretty much solo artists. Unless they have the film to themselves, they come out dull and the film doesnt shine.
This film (or if they make a third part) should have centered around their children (excluding Spade's). Funny People was a torch passing sort of speak film, Grown Ups 3 should have younger kids get exposure to the comic scene.
Anyways, I enjoyed the SJRSpade squad (missed Rob Schneider), but the movie itself really blew.
I give it a 5 out of 10 because Im a Sandler fan but...
