[Wordpress](Plugin: Download Monitor) Display latest file in Category

I have a wordpress website that puts out a pdf Bulletin / News every week. I use download monitor and put them in their own category. I need to display the latest bulletin. I don't see a shortcode or anything to display the latest file in a specific category, am I missing it or something. If anyone could help me out that would be great thanks.
