Uploading attachments is enabled, although it might simply be because of the WP version. The logo also moves around on my Live tile and doesn't look like that. It also looks great everywhere else. I don't want to use Tapatalks hosted image service, so I disabled it. Maybe that's what is broken atm, because I can't find any other settings for attachments. They should use the forum permissions.
