I have been using Microsoft Outlook to read my RSS feeds for over a year now and something always bothered me. It does not seem to check for new feed updates every time it checks for mail, whether it be automatically or a manual send and receive. RSS downloading seems to be random. If I do a Send and Receive a few times over a couple of seconds or so then a bunch may come through that were old enough that they should have been downloaded before.
Is there a way to get Outlook to check for all new RSS feed posts every time it check for mail?
