COD Ghosts is better on Xbox One.

Recommended Posts

"The Xbox One release's framerate was far more noticeable. As mentioned in the initial review, Call of Duty: Ghosts suffers from consistent framerate drops on the PS4, especially during multiplayer when action got especially hectic. The Xbox One version suffered no such drops, maintaining a steady 60 frames per second throughout.

For a multiplayer shooter, framerate consistency is paramount. Given its relative visual parity with the PS4 release, Call of Duty: Ghosts is a more playable, slightly superior (albeit disappointing) game on Xbox One."

mine drops from about 60ish to 45ish fps sometimes on PC, doesnt make any difference tbh at least i dont think it does but so as long as its not to much itll be fine if its dropping from 60-30ish on ps4 that might get pretty hairy

of course the xbox version is better. in my opinion sony is mandating 1080p games even if it runs like crap, as a marketing gimmick. if true, that would be embarassing, sacrificing gameplay to gloat about resolution. battlefield 4 also looks better on xbox one,as we all saw.

other multiplatform games are nearly identical as well. NFS is confirmed 1080p30 on both, nba2k14 is 1080p60 on both as confirmed by ign today, fifa, ac, ufc are all 1080p on both and run the same.

i dont give a ###### about resolution,as i mostly game on the 360 and not on pc, but im glad the uninformed gloaters were just fed some humble pie.

This game is hideous(for a next gen game) no matter the resolution.

I bet anyone can tell 720p from 1080p in those shots and I say that as someone who can tell the difference most of the time.

Yeah, they definitely don't look identical. Though, we have at least established that, regardless of 720p or 1080p, this game looks like crap. I'd be willing to give them at least some props if they were to go out of their way to try something new, as Treyarch did. Hard to believe how much money went into this game...

COD Ghosts gets better frame rates on the Sega Dreamcast and  even better frame rates on the Panasonic 3DO, FYI

Wow this game looks awful. The game would still look bad if it was 2009.

It's not always about graphics.. it looks better/as good as GTA V, does that mean GTA sucks?  The game play is rehashed, but then again, some people don't buy every release of every game so if the last thing you played was COD4 then Ghosts may be fun.

To the person saying they can see a difference in the screenshots, lol...

Ghosts is awesome and so are the graphics, those images do not do it justice, it's not quite as good as BF4 graphics but still have a nice feel to them.. i'm absolutely loving this game.

GTA is a current gen game with a large open world environment. Sure, if you haven't played COD for six years, then you may think some of the features are great. But how is that any excuse? You could say that about any game/franchise.
